He was so clear and parient. So enjoyable to be with , he inspired confidence in our decisions. Mngr Joe was as pleasant to meet as ever. They listened to anything we said with an open ear and never had a speechlong rebutle as an answer. We felt as free as ever and became even more excited to take possesion of our new car. Joe and Danny handled the paperwork knowing we had no patience in our blood and I can truly say I cannot believe how quickly our vehicle was prepped and avail to be taken with all the admin work complete. All the while staff conversed with us and won us over throughout our time there. We had a good time looking at other high end models. Dont write off the experience with the financial office either. Inviting and warm he was aware of our lack of patience and presented products and services on a tablet in menu form like we were going out to dinner. Classy and not intimidating at all. Before meeting with Artur, we asked for a few test drives with other salesmen at Koeppel Mazda and Nissan and were met with quizzical looks. Found that to be shocking considering our #1 way to know if we want a car is by getting to drive the xxxx thing. Artur had are behinds in a car within minutes asking questions about what we were looking for to make sure he had a good fit. After fielding our questions and concerns, Artur gave us a good deal and frankly getting the feeling he worked hard for our business we bought the Rogue. Artur stayed late in the night to see us out the door, with our car and remained in contact with us to handle a few other matters over the course of the next week. Artur gets 5 stars. Dealership 4. Finance 2 initially, but made up for it by giving a better deal later on, so they get 3 stars. More
