Bad experience and bad service Finally I sold this car I bought rouge 2014 from them zero mileage and after six month I had problem with driver seat and the hold my car for two day Finally I sold this car I bought rouge 2014 from them zero mileage and after six month I had problem with driver seat and the hold my car for two day to change the seat than they say we change a part of the seat and after few more month I had the same issue agian plus I had issue with the transmission and the have to replace it after one year from I get the car plus every time I go for service the never done the job right and I had a very bad treat from the Service advisor Chris and I spend at least 3 hour just for oil change my advise never deal with them go to different place Iam so happy when I sold the worst car ever rouge More

My lease was going to end in a month so I was looking for another Nissan Rouge. Nash Y Kedis had called me the night before and had left a message on the voicemail. I never respond to sales but this time I thought to give it a try. I go in on Monday and I ask for Nash. From the beginning he gave me the impression of a very honest man who had my interest in mind. He was very professional and very respectful. I felt I can trust him, and I am glad I did because he gave me the best deal I have ever gotten from any dealership in many years. He wasn't pushing for a deal, rather he made sure that I was happy with my choice. Nash made sure I get the car on time and ready to go since I was in a hurry to get to class on time. He even followed up to see if everything is going ok with the car. I highly recommend Nash Kedis at this dealership. You will never be disappointed with him. Excellent services in Koeppel Nissan I had been to Koeppel Nissan for car services 3 times. It services is excellent. So, after the last service several days later, I leased a new Nissan I had been to Koeppel Nissan for car services 3 times. It services is excellent.
