Joe answered every math question I could come up with and worked very closely with me to find a deal that was best for me. Eleanor helped me test drive a number of cars and together with Joe, found the car I wanted, with all the features I decided to upgrade, and had no hesitation to acquire it from another dealership. They also worked with me to choose a beautiful leather color for the interior, I highly recommend Koeppel Nissan for their custom interior work, the car I got is getting compliments like no tomorrow. Eleanor texted me a few times in the following weeks to ensure I was happy with my vehicle, well beyond the couple days that most dealerships give you to find any flaws in the car. I just paid to get my car fax and they lied. My car title is fine. I would never trust this dealership again. More
