From the second I walked into the door - I was made to feel at home. Everything was explained to me and no hidden secrets by Chris Urena. Although I felt completely suckered in Bay Ridge Nissan, I'm glad I was treated the way I deserved to be treated at Koeppel. I work hard for my money and don't like to see it be flushed down the drain!!!! Thanks Chris :) More

What I expected to be a nerve wracking experience ended up quite seamless. Sherman was extremely informative, understanding, and not a bit pushy. What I valued the most was his patience. As a first time car buyer, I had numerous questions and concerns. He was available for me at all times including now, a week after purchasing my car. Exceeded Our Expectations We have been researching and visiting many Nissan dealers in the NYC/Westchester County area. Once we visited Koeppel Nissan in Queens they had us! Our first contact was Markella, and the level of customer service she provided us was beyond outstanding. She was welcoming, friendly, professional, and GENUINELY concerned about our needs. These qualities are hard to find in one person, and this young lady demonstrated all of them. She returned our calls regularly, made herself readily available, and answered all of our questions. We then met Pablo Jimenez when we came down from Westchester to finalize the deal, and he was just as outstanding as Markella. Again we were treated with respect and professionalism. We were also working with another dealer who shall remain nameless, and this dealer was unprofessional, rushed us off the phone each time, and really did not answer our questions. He even stepped over the line into rudeness at times-not my idea of customer service. They should take lessons from Koeppel!! Our experience at Koeppel was A+ and we have started recommending Koeppel Nissan to friends, family, and colleagues. We will be going to Koeppel Nissan from now on for our future automobiles. Respect where it is due... Excellent Experience I rarely write reviews but I have to this time. I was in the market for a car and had been shopping around. This was going to be my first car from a d I rarely write reviews but I have to this time. I was in the market for a car and had been shopping around. This was going to be my first car from a dealership and i had a general sense of the type of car i wanted and a price i would be comfortable with. Coming on to the Koeppel Nissan lot I expected (and prepared myself) to have a very negative experience with whatever sales rep I met. I more or less made up my mind that I would be met with some heavy-handed sales tactics to get me into a car that i did not want. So while I was hopeful that I would eventually find a car that met some of my basic needs I didn't really expect that it would be a comfortable, stress-free process. That said, I was surprised at how patient, organized, thorough, and resourceful the sales rep, Forkan (Sid) Siddique, was shortly after I came on the lot. He showed me a few cars that matched my search criteria and clearly explained the benefits and tradeoffs of each. I tried to find a reason to stay in my uneasy zone and to that end, had my brother, who is a 'car guy' (does his own repairs, has owned several cars, dealt with a lot of sales people etc.), on the phone just to fact check (BS check). From choosing the car, test driving a couple, discussing pricing and payment, and purchasing the car, I was very impressed at how clear and transparent Forkan made the process. I felt I had all the information and time to make the choice that was right for me and did just that in the end. I am now a very satisfied owner of a 2010 Nissan Murano. The entire process to driving the car was as it should be, straightforward, stress-free, and pressure-free. Much thanks to Forkan. He represented the dealership well and earned my respect and appreciation. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car in the future. More
We can say the dealer looked so professional at first but after you give your signature everything changes. Little by little the car starts to fall down. first is one thing then is another, i wasn't expectin after you give your signature everything changes. Little by little the car starts to fall down. first is one thing then is another, i wasn't expecting the car to be perfect 100% but at least a 80% on a pre owned car. When you start complaining you get a bad faces and excuses. so far i been spending more that 2 grand in this car that i bought a year ago and im still paying. Now i have to buy 4 new rims for my car cause according to my tire service the rims are in bad condition. I know for sure this dealer won't be responsible for anything. Either way, what they would say is .. you 'own' the car so is your problem now. More
On Nov 4, 2013 I brought my 2008 Maxima in for my scheduled service (oil change, lube) I also asked to have my brakes checked for pulsating action while braking. I ended up with a 2417$ repair bill f scheduled service (oil change, lube) I also asked to have my brakes checked for pulsating action while braking. I ended up with a 2417$ repair bill for various 'problems' found while in the service dept. In Dec. I bought four new tires from you at 928$. All my maintenance is done at Koppel my records will show this. I was told that this was normal for a six year car. Does this mean that I will continue to incur increasing expenses every time I bring my car in for service. As a retiree I will have to re-think can I afford another Maxima. john and donna chin More
