I recently bought a Certified Nissan Altima Hybrid from Koeppel Nissan. From the moment I walked onto the parking lot I was greeted by the Sales team with a smile.. I wanted to research online and visit other dealers and compare pricing. Most importantly, I wanted to review their business rating and visit their service area. I was introduced to their Service manager Bob, ( who also was very friendly and helpful in my decision process). I was undecided between a Maxima and the Hybrid Altima. The Sales Managers ( Saiful and Nelson) and the Finance manager (Mr. Chong) were very helpful also in giving me guidance without any pressure tactics. What finally sold me was that they have a A+ Rating , their excellent service, and their many years in business. Through my research I also found out that Koeppel Nissan has gone green in their facility, and that they are giving back to their community by giving money and cars to multiple Charities. This dealership is a AAA organization!!! My experience at Koeppel Nissan was the best experience ever. They may me feel like a VIP!
