We didn’t feel pressured or hesitant and it was a comfortable experience. They worked with us to find the best options and added on things that will benefit us but didn’t force anything which was very nice as we were able to make the best decisions based on their recommendations. I asked them to go through my bank which the never even tried (and they have worked with Kolar numerous times). I would highly recommend going somewhere else. The worse part, I used to work for them. I am furious about my experience with Kolar Chevrolet. Their own service department found burnt fluid, metal shavings and clutch material in the pan, and the service manager openly said that he agreed I couldn't have caused that amount of damage in my short ownership. Even with that admission, they refused to take responsibility and forced me to pay 50% of an $8,000 transmission replacement. I was repeatedly told that I “should have bought an extended warranty,” as if that excuses selling a vehicle with a catastrophic failure just weeks later. I had to pay $4,000 out of pocket on a vehicle I had barely begun to drive. This whole situation was outrageous, and future buyers deserve to know exactly how Kolar Chevrolet handled it. I would never recommend buying a vehicle from them if you are looking for honesty or accountability. I guess this is what they mean when they say "you're not just getting a car, you're getting Kolar" More
Austin was wonderful to work with. He was friendly, professional and committed to finding the vehicle we would be happy with...and we are! He was friendly, professional and committed to finding the vehicle we would be happy with...and we are! More
Bought a new 2024 3500 GMC AT4, electrical issues from day one. Tail light glitches, radio not working, trailer plug and lighting not working, front bumper was installed crooked too. Super long waits to g day one. Tail light glitches, radio not working, trailer plug and lighting not working, front bumper was installed crooked too. Super long waits to get into service 5+ times, never fixed the issues on any of the stops. Super pain in the xxx too as this was our main towing and company vehicle. They claimed all the electrical issues Id have to pay for after 36k factory warranty and were excited to sell me a new truck as I was creeping up to that mileage at 31k. One would imagine they would really go to bat for me on pricing after selling me junk....then proceeded to offer me absolute TRASH trade in value at 58k. I did end up getting a new truck at a different dealer, they gave me 64k on trade. Nightmare experience at Kolar and I can name 10 other people that have had similar experiences there. Arrogant employees and predatory tactics. Totally incompetent service department. Spent 80 grand on a vehicle and they could give a xxxx less. DONT GO HERE More

Scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance for an oil change, a factory recall for software update, and intermittent apple play issues. Appointment was for a Monday morning at 7:30, I received a call at change, a factory recall for software update, and intermittent apple play issues. Appointment was for a Monday morning at 7:30, I received a call at 3 that they hadn’t gotten it in and wouldn’t be done with it that day. It wasn’t wrapped up until noon the next day. I understand falling behind on afternoon appointments, but if you’re still behind on the stuff from the week before let your upcoming appointments know so they’re not without their vehicle for multiple days.
