I spoke to Peter during my visit. I mentioned to him also that the service advisor took another customer ahead of me, that the rental car was dirty inside and out, and that the overall experience was poor. Especially since Lexus is your premium brand, the service experience should not be that radically different. It's been my experience, if you can't fire people up toward a goal, sometimes you have to fire them.
