I've never had a complaint about the service, it's the service advisors, cashier and customer reps, all lack a focus on good customer service. Just plain rude. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in August 2021. I was told the car had no problems by 2 seperate sales staff by emails and videos After receiving the vehicle and noticing problems, the loca I was told the car had no problems by 2 seperate sales staff by emails and videos After receiving the vehicle and noticing problems, the local Jeep service centre found there was over $5500 worth of repairs from brakes, steering, engine lifters and rockers and turn signals, no bluetooth or navigation and oil leaks. Despite reaching out to management and asking for assistance the dealership refused to help me. I have never been so disappointed in a company and warn anyone to stay away. This is exactly what people don't trust car dealerships. More
My son had brought his car in for an oil change first and was pleased with the service. We just brought in the car that had the check engine light on and they were very helpful in resolving this. I wanted a new USB port installed before my warranty ran out because it's always intermittently failing...sometimes when I'm driving distracting me to try to get it to connect. Apparently they didn't belie out because it's always intermittently failing...sometimes when I'm driving distracting me to try to get it to connect. Apparently they didn't believe me because it worked for them. Of course on my next long trip it disconnected while I was driving. I don't like them assuming I'm lying and not fixing a problem that constantly distracts my driving. I won't be going back. More

Car spent two weeks in the shop for a new transmission after a part failed that the dealership stated was unavoidable and undetectable. After a whole week of constant last minute delays as well as costing after a part failed that the dealership stated was unavoidable and undetectable. After a whole week of constant last minute delays as well as costing me thousands of dollars in business not including the 7,000 for the transmission, equipment is missing from my car and none of the staff would connect me to a GM.
