My sales representative Joe Gross made each experience very enjoyable. He's always managed to make me believe I can have any vehicle on the lot with a little perseverance, strategy, and a little hard work. He's such a positive, fun individual too. He was very professional, kind and courteous in helping me to pick out my first and second vehicle, and very attentive, going on test rides and getting me in the car that was just right for me, until I could finally get into the truck of my dreams. I will never go back to the dealerships in my past experiences. I absolutely found it hard to leave each time I bought my vehicles from Koons Annapolis Toyota because they actually made me feel as though I was a family member instead of just a sale. Our salesman, Rich Gallena, was courteous, professional, helpful, and sincere. Really went out of his way to make us feel valued. I'm the director of customer service are a very busy state agency so I really appreciate great customer service. Dan the Man and Dennis Weaver (not the actor) have over 60 years experience between them and are experts on trade- ins and working the deal. Latoya, who handled the paperwork for our financing was efficient and a pleasure to work with. Side note - the upselling during the financing always makes me grumpy, but that may just be me. As far as I can tell from speaking with others, it's a common practice. I think we got a great used car for a fair price, good trade, and square deal with Toyota Financial, buts it's the great, personable customer service that brings me back. We live in Baltimore now, but I wouldn't even consider going to a closer dealer. They are worth the drive, and more! More
