We already documented the excellent buying experience in prior reviews....prompting some skeptical comments that we must be employees of Koons or that our kids worked there! Not true, just very pleased to have made the correct choice in dealership. As example, Koons Service department has hosted two complete buffet dinners in their new service building...introducing new owners to management and technicians....highlighting whom to speak with, what options exist for servicing and presented a great outreach to customers. But it is the service department that rates 5 Stars. We have worked with Alex Clothier, Asst Service Manager since acquiring our vehicles. Alex is the paragon of what great service interface is all about. Most recently we needed some routing maintenance to be completed. Alex worked with us to ensure that all work was completed within our budget....and even added a complementary wash and vacuum to boot! This is typical of our experience. We are in the process of acquiring a third RAV 4 through Herman Dubik and Dennis Weaver....they are great to deal with. As retired military, Koons participates in the USAA Car Buying program we are entitled to, so the transaction is actually quite pleasant and professional. Trade in values have always met or exceeded our expectations. So as we have stated in our two prior reviews....why go anywhere else? Very satisfied customers: Ed and Diane Brill More

Great Car buying Experience I love Toyotas beacuse they are built to last. I went to Koons Toyota in Annapolis to car shop. When I entered the Dealer I was greeted by the rece I love Toyotas beacuse they are built to last. I went to Koons Toyota in Annapolis to car shop. When I entered the Dealer I was greeted by the receptionist. As I sat there I noticed how clean the Dealer was. It had a nice lounge area and coffee area. My car salesman, Mr Emanuel Persaud, made me feel at ease when I purchased my 2015 Toyota Rav4. He did not pressure me. He was also very polite and knowledgeable. When I finally decided on buying my car, I met, Mr Alex Sandoval, he was very polite and knowledgeable. Mr Sandoval got me the best rate possible better than the rate I came in with. Together they worked as a team. They both did an outstanding job. I walked out one Happy Koons Toyota customer. Keep up the good work. Thumbs up!!! More

Two satisfied customers I hate buying cars. My wife literally had to drag me from dealership to dealership for over a week. After all this, do I now like buying cars - NO! Ho I hate buying cars. My wife literally had to drag me from dealership to dealership for over a week. After all this, do I now like buying cars - NO! However I can tell you hands down we had the best experience dealing with Neal Barrett and that was a large part as to why we ending up buying our car from him. The only down side is that every single time we went in we had to wait a little because Neal was literally selling a car to another satisfied customer (we know because we asked). However in the end it was well worth the wait. More
