I have been coming to Koons of Annapolis since 2003 and my experience with the service department overall has been a pleasant one. Wayne Lopez has always been considerate of my time and very responsive t my experience with the service department overall has been a pleasant one. Wayne Lopez has always been considerate of my time and very responsive to giving me good feedback with any questions I may have with regard to service. He is a real company man.. He is very good with both phone and email to schedule appointments and let you know that the work is complete. The other guys that work with him also seem to work great as a team to help each others customer with questions if one or the other is busy. I would recommend Koons for service any day of the week especially if Wayne could help. More

All questions are quickly answered, no putting us on hold to check an answer. She knows her business and offers insight that helps us make decisions regarding the repairs we need. The receptionists at the service center were extremely friendly even though they were busy. They took the time to answer questions with big smiles. Love them. All around great service in a beautiful environment. More

Dennis Weaver (not the actor) and Gary our sales person were both great to work with. My wife, who does not like to make quick decisions, cane to a decision to purchase the car because of the confidence and trust we had in there two gentlemen. I feel 100% comfortable with the car and the deal because I thought these guys were honest and looking out for me, the customer. I would recommend them and your dealership to anyone who asked my opinion. We bought a used truck from Koons 8 years ago and had a similar experience. I'm the kind of person that does their homework and knows what I want. I dont like being "sold to" and I let them know that up front. Used car manager Jared Herbert must not have gotten the memo. From hello, he had his slick used car stereotype in full effect. He tried his hardest to lowball my trade in, even though the website says they'll give 125% of the trade in value. He even pulled a "Let me sell it to my wholesaler one more time" trick even though I'm sure he knew full well what he could give me for the trade. In the end I got what I needed for my trade and a reasonable deal on the used car purchase. I just feel slimy and used by the way I was treated. More

Mark and Jared did a great job in selling me a 2006 Mini Cooper for my wife's 50th Birthday. They were willing to come down a bit on price and gave me a decent price on my 1994 Honda Accord Trade-in. Mark and Jared fixed me up with a giant bow to place on the Mini hood to surprise my wife at the restaurant. Mark drove the car to the restaurant for me and offered to be there to place the bow and take photos of the event. These folks went way out of their way to make this occasion special. Price, customer service, personality, they had it all! Plus, all the information about the vehicle (including Car Fax) was online for me to research before hand. All in all, a great customer experience. Oh, and my wife Loved the Surprise and Mini :*)! Thanks Koons! More

I give Koons Toyota of Annapolis a 5 star rating. They are a real class act. From customer service to good salesmanship (polite but not too pushy) to quality vehicles, competative pricing and overall fri are a real class act. I tend to do a lot of research online and shopping around. I found a Toyota Tacoma at another Koons dealership in Westminster which is a far drive for me. I contacted the Annapolis branch and told them I was interested in the truck and asked if they could transfer it there for me. They responded back to me within a day and were able to have it there for me to look at by that weekend. The Tacoma is a 2009 and in pristine condition! It was better than I could have expected. I ended up buying it that day when I saw it. I bought the Tacoma from the used car department (Jared). A few years back I got home from Afghanistan and was stationed in Ft. Bragg, N.C. I needed a vehicle and I was corresponding with a salesman (Scott) from the new car department via email. He was great as well. I told him I wanted a 4Runner and gave him all the specs. He was able to find one on the lot exactly what I wanted and held it for me until I could come up from N.C. to buy it. Excellent transaction then too. I know when it comes time to get my next vehicle I will be going back to Koons Toyota of Annapolis. More

My experience with Koons Toyota of Annapolis and Jared have been outstanding. My company buys all of their fleet cars from Jared so I stopped by and expressed interest in a 4Runner, the only used one on t have been outstanding. My company buys all of their fleet cars from Jared so I stopped by and expressed interest in a 4Runner, the only used one on the lot was white and I wasn’t so interested. Later that day a Black 4Runner was returned to the lot coming off lease. Jared called me immediately to let me know that something else had come in. Knowing how difficult it is to find the exact used car you’re looking for I went and checked it out the next day he was available. Jared was great! He showed me all the features the vehicle had and wasn’t pushy. He got the car ready for purchase very quickly and the process was painless. I will be buying all my future cars from him! More

I can't say enough about what a great experience I had with Lawrence and Ed. Lawrence isn't your typical dealer trying to "sell" you a car...he lets you take the lead, he answers any questions you have a with Lawrence and Ed. Lawrence isn't your typical dealer trying to "sell" you a car...he lets you take the lead, he answers any questions you have and lets you buy your car. He doesn't force a car into your purse or wallet! He was great with follow-up after I bought my truck. He was always there...or got right back to me! Ed made the 'paper-work' portion very easy and simple to get through...he is very funny! If you go to Koons - Ask for these two guys....you won't regret it!! More
