Koons Ford Baltimore is awful, I've been going there since 1990 and they have changed so much for the worse. I was told I needed $2,200.00 worth of work when I took my van in for an oil change, and that since 1990 and they have changed so much for the worse. I was told I needed $2,200.00 worth of work when I took my van in for an oil change, and that didn't even include the oil change! I was treated poorly by the service manager when I confronted him about the work not being totally complete, and left after paying in full without the work being complete. What happened to the days when the service advisor would go over the results of your service with you? Now you get a text message saying you truck is done and pay at the cashier. No diagnostic report is given like the old days. I was also always under the impression that your first service was complimentary from Ford but I got charged $104. I’ve been going to Koons Ford for a couple years now and Saturday will be my last visit there. More

I only used Koon's bodyshop. I originally dropped off my car to replace the headlight. 1. Repair Quality - After i picked up my car from this bodyshop, I smell rotten egg from I originally dropped off my car to replace the headlight. 1. Repair Quality - After i picked up my car from this bodyshop, I smell rotten egg from ac. Steve (tech) told me that my car was never introduced to water. I saw my car parking outside on the rainy day without the bumper and headlight. However, according to him, it is catalylic converter problem. My car only has 13k miles on it (2022 model) and I did not smell anything before I took it to this bodyshop. Do you want me to replace catalytic converter now? 2. Communication - They never contact me to update the status. I always had to contact them first. I did not know my car was ready to pick up until I called them to figure out. 3. Waiting time - You have to wait a loooooooong time to get your car back. You also have to wait along time even when your car is ready to pick up. I had to wait 45 minutes when I picked up my car because their paperwork was not ready. They do not value your time. 4. Over charge - Steve charged me $55 to just check the fitment of the front grille. The front bumper was already taken off from the car to replace the headlight but he still charged me additional $55. I saw the amount of work that worth $55 from the YouTube video. I still do not understand the labor cost of placing the front grill on top of the bumper and then taking that same grille off should cost me $55. Therefore, I will not return to this bodyshop in the future. More

I had a 1:00 appointment. I arrived about 12:40. The service manager estimated 2 hours. I waited in the waiting room. At about 4:00 I went up to the service manager since he h I arrived about 12:40. The technician had found concerns, but by this time it was too late for the work. I was deeply disappointed and do not intend to return. More
