Deceive customers,over limit too much engine oil, but they said it’s fine. The brake pad was bent, the wrong type battery, and other issues, they didn’t do anything to resolve those issues, just asked me they said it’s fine. We needed tires for our 2016 FLEX. Our first advisor was Kikah. Firestones were mounted: mounted, balanced, and aligned. After driving approximately 300 miles, we could tell that something was wrong: the tires were still out of balance and the car 'wandered' so the alignment was not right. We took it back for a 2nd time . Kekah was still our advisor. Everything was supposedly redone. Nothing had changed. We took it back a 3rd time with Jay Stewart as our advisor. Supposedly some things were done. NOTHING HAD CHANGED THIS TIME EITHER!! I did not bother coming back a fourth time because why? I talked with the Service Manager, Chris (between the 2nd and 3rd times), and he told me that the FLEX would definitely be fixed (his words not mine). If this is service after the sale (we bought it from Pete Dixon of Koons Ford of Baltimore, Security Blvd., I don't want anything to do with this dealership. Carol More

Not sure how the sales side is but the service side is horrible. I drop vehicle off for check engine and oil change. I called back to services atleast 25 times and still couldn't get anyone. I had to call different departments just to get the service advisor name. Then to find out he's out next day. So at moment I still have no clue what u with been two days and I'm on way to dealership today is june 25th 2025 More
