Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and an alignment. I was told it would take between 2-2.5 hours. I waited in the lounge area. 3.5 hours go by when an advisor finally updates me and said the alignment. I was told it would take between 2-2.5 hours. Another hour and a half goes by and I do not receive my vehicle until 4.5 hours after the vehicle was taken back. For the little amount of service done on the vehicle, that is unacceptable.
