I live in New England, so picking up the car would be a bit of a hassle (flights and nearby hotels were pretty cheap actually), but the price was too good to pass up. All arrangements were made over the phone and email, and when we arrived, the transaction was completed exactly as expected. No surprises. Ben (sales) and Sam (finance) were very professional and efficient. We were out and on the road in a little over an hour. If you're willing to travel a bit, I would definitely recommend Koons Baltimore Ford. More

Excellent Experience I came in for a used vehicle I saw online. Upon walking in, I was greeted and sent to discuss the vehicle with Tim Robertson. Most of the other dealers either did not have the right truck in inventory; or tried to push me into something I didn't want. It was a very frustrating experience ...until we found Koons Ford Baltimore. We were visiting family and I figured I'd check local inventory. They had so much more inventory than other dealers. The prices were great too...I thought for sure it was going to be another trick to get me in the door. However, they really do live up to what they say they will be. Danaj was friendly and non pushy. The truck was perfect. I really couldn't believe how stress free and easy the process was, especially after visiting so many other dealers over previous months. I ended up buying the truck that day; and next time I won't even bother going anywhere else. It's worth the drive to get what you need, without mind games and sales gimmicks! This was a couple of months ago, and we still love the truck, and still haven't seen a better deal locally! More

He arranged a vehicle for my use while mine was being repaired. Jay followed up to keep me updated of the repair status. At 180,000 miles, my vehicle now runs like a charm.
