Bad service experience turned good I recently had my truck in for service and had a very bad experience with the service team. I had been going there for years and this was the first ti I recently had my truck in for service and had a very bad experience with the service team. I had been going there for years and this was the first time I had a bad one. But thanks to Kiesha she made everything perfect. She delivered what she promised and I will continue to have service work performed at the dealership. I also want to thank the detailed lady in the body shop. Her attention to detail was 2nd to none. I explained my situation to her and she made it her priority to make me happy. Unfortunately I forgot her name but I know she has been there for 10+ years. Please send her my thanks. More

Recently, we decided to get a bigger truck and knew we had to come back to Koons Ford Baltimore. Mark is incredible! He makes the car buying experience smooth, quick and surprisingly pleasant! Most of our leg work was done over the phone and the deal was set before we even set foot on the showroom floor. To our surprise Mark got our payment even lower by the time we arrived to test drive and make our final decision. This is the third vehicle in 3 years I have purchased with the help of Mark.
