I came in for a test drive and although they were out of stock of the model that I wanted, one of the managers let me drive his car! Matt found the exact model that I wanted in New York and brought it down for me within a few days. He even gave me a brand new fusion hybrid to drive for the weekend while I awaited the arrival of my car. Matt and everyone at Koons made the buying experience easy, and enjoyable. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he stuck to showing me that car and that car only. I didn't feel pressured at any point to make a purchase I didn't want, and he didn't try to pressure me into anything outside of the budget I was looking for. Matt was personable and friendly, both to me and my parents, who accompanied me as this was my first car purchase. The dealership also offered me a really great deal on the car, and gave me a good amount on my trade in. Carol Walker was a pleasure to work with in regards to the financing and loans, and took the time to spell things out for me very clearly. I had zero questions go unanswered. She also had a great personality, that made the entire process a little less daunting and a little more enjoyable! Overall, as long as my car runs smoothly and Koons Ford Baltimore continues to be helpful, I will most certainly look here for other future car purchases. More
