Koons Ford of Baltimore is amazing! I've recently purchased my 3rd new vehicle from this dealership. I also only ever take my vehicles here to be serviced. -Sales Manager Will and G I've recently purchased my 3rd new vehicle from this dealership. I also only ever take my vehicles here to be serviced. -Sales Manager Will and General Sales Manager Mark are both awesome. They are attentive and value customer feedback. -Kristen the Finance Manager is very friendly, warm and helped me explore/pick the best finance options for my vehicle. -Service Advisor Jay is has always done an amazing job any time I bring my vehicles in for any minor/major service. I am definitely a Koons Ford of Baltimore customer for life. More
