My salesmen was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I have never bought a new car before where the salesman knew more than I did. The only thing better than that was the fact that I was in and out in les have never bought a new car before where the salesman knew more than I did. The only thing better than that was the fact that I was in and out in less than an hour. The combined effort of speed and expertise made me feel more than comfortable in spending as much money as I did on a new truck. Thankfully Ford is making high quality trucks now like they always have, even back when my grandfather bought them. I had actually called before I went up there, and my salesperson sounded great on the phone that it was actually a real pleasure to get there and find he was exactly who he says he was and he never played any games with me. overall just a great place to buy from. my wife has her eye on a new edge and I don't plan on even shopping around for one......just going to go right back to koons on security. More

Absolutely the best new car experience I have ever had. Bought a 2011 Mustang V6, price fair, trade in great, treatment exceptional.
