The representative that handled my case Jay Stewart was very good. However, the diagnosis of my car’s issues was not determined . The car would have needed to go from department to department to be diagno very good. However, the diagnosis of my car’s issues was not determined . The car would have needed to go from department to department to be diagnosed. I ended up getting a change in transmission fluid. My big issue was having to rent a Hertz car for the undetermined length of the appointment. With car insurance added, it was expensive. We have always had a loaner from dealerships. That doubled the cost of the work. Not good. More
