I took my Ford Fusion to the dealership for recall and general maintenance. Customer service was excellent. Jay was my service advisor and I definitely felt that I was valued as a customer. Koons Ford Baltimore is awful, I've been going there since 1990 and they have changed so much for the worse. I was told I needed $2,200.00 worth of work when I took my van in for an oil change, and that since 1990 and they have changed so much for the worse. I was told I needed $2,200.00 worth of work when I took my van in for an oil change, and that didn't even include the oil change! I was treated poorly by the service manager when I confronted him about the work not being totally complete, and left after paying in full without the work being complete. I'd give a zero if it was possible. More
Customer service is dead. No one is super friendly. It’s your typical service department in a car dealership. Everyone has attitudes. What happened to the days when the service advisor would go over the results of your service with you? Now you get a text message saying you truck is done and pay at the cashier. No diagnostic report is given like the old days. I was also always under the impression that your first service was complimentary from Ford but I got charged $104. I’ve been going to Koons Ford for a couple years now and Saturday will be my last visit there. More
