I'm sorry to read this review. You reached out for assistance, and we told you we stand behind our VA inspection process. You brought it back, and again it passed VA inspection. Every out-of-state customer signs that they agree we only provide VA inspection and do not guarantee any other state; you signed that. You did not pay anything extra for the inspection. You purchased the vehicle for the exact price you came in on. What you paid for is a certified warranty, and you didn't have to. Every coverage is presented as an option. That is not an inspection, and yes, you are correct, it covers specific things. Maryland requires completely different things in its inspections, and not all inspection stations are honest. In fact, they look out for vehicles purchased in VA. You purchased a fantastic VA-inspected vehicle, just like we promised you would receive. We didn't hide any of this from you. Thank you!
