I purchased a 2019 certified preowned F250 here back in May. It had no spare tire. Was promised in writing that the tire would be shipped to my house in west viriginia. Since then I have not gotten a strai May. It had no spare tire. Was promised in writing that the tire would be shipped to my house in west viriginia. Since then I have not gotten a straight answer on what is happening. No one will return my calls. Now it has been a little over 2 months and my daily driver has no spare. I talked to the salesman and he said the tires on its way. A week later talked to someone in finance, and she said she had no record of owing me a tire. Very unprofessional. My advice is find somewhere else to do business. Spent 40k on a truck and not get a spare. More

I drove 3 hours to get there only to be told we were 7000 thousand dollars away from my quoted price the door price as well as a price for trade in . Love my vehicle but beware when buying from this dealership. The Finance guy Shant Yousif is sneaky and will lie to you. Came in ready to buy a car. Had a pre-approval from the bank and told them to use JUST THAT. My credit alerts kept constantly going off. Come to find out, they ran my credit with other banks numerous times bank and told them to use JUST THAT. My credit alerts kept constantly going off. Come to find out, they ran my credit with other banks numerous times without my permission & had to tell them to stop. They then tried to over charge me for the car and I just left. Talked to the bank I had pre-approval with & was told they tried to add on almost $12K worth of charges to the car price. The next day I went to another dealership got the same car, similar miles AND A WARRANTY for a way lower monthly payment and overall price. Proceed with caution dealing with these guys. More
This place is xxxxxxxx. I bought a car on June 16 and my tire sensor light came on and ever since I bought the car it’s been in there “shop” getting fixed. The lack of communication is horrible. They have told me week after week that the car was going to be finish and it’s been dragged on for weeks now. Told me it was gonna be done one a certain day and it wasn’t. This happen multiple of times.My first time buying a car and this has been my worst experience. It’s been a month now with no car and my first payment coming up. I’m So glad to be the owner of a new car that I havnt had. I’m beyond Pissed and the fact I have left multiple voice messages to the manager and not one person has reached out. More

This has been the absolute WORST car buying experience of my life. First they try to charge me more money after I've already paid for the car and driven off, and now TWO MONTHS later I still have not receive my life. I have received so much conflicting information from every single person I have talked to this whole thing is ridiculous, and in the end it seems like I'll have to pay more money plus a penalty to get my own plates because it's been longer than 30 days with absolutely no help or solution from anyone at Koons. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Ford More
