Extremely professional Koons is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. They do little things besides the actual vehicle maintenance - like timely service (when you Koons is by far the best dealership I have ever been to. From the minute my partner and I stepped on the lot, we were greeted by Russel Walker, who was both friendly and knowledgeable. Russ made sure that we weighed all of our options when purchasing a vehicle, even though we only test drove two vehicles. He answered all of our questions completely and thoroughly. I loved that he not only was a Ford employee but he told us about the development of some of the best features of Ford vehicles. He showed a clear investment in Ford and imparted that on us! He listened to what we had to say - both the good and bad about vehicles and gave us his honest recommendations on the vehicles we were considering. He made sure that when we consider our next vehicle purchase in the future, we will be coming back. We have already spoken to a dedicated Ford leasing customer and let her know that we found her next salesperson for her future leases.
