Come here for your regular maintenance service I took my car here for its first oil change. I bought my car from another dealership but they were completely booked. I called Koons to check availab I took my car here for its first oil change. I bought my car from another dealership but they were completely booked. I called Koons to check availability and they were nice enough to accommodate me the same afternoon. I went in and I was greeted nicely by someone. Unfortunately, his name is not on the Dealerrater system yet. But he directed me to the service department and I was helped by Tadarryl Smith.Very easy process. Got my info, I was taken to the waiting lounge. and 40mins later he came back and told me the car was done. I think 40mins in a busy dealership like this is reasonable to get you in and out considering the other dealership I called even told me all they have until the following week was "drop off your car" appointments. So for me, this was a big plus. One thing to note, I wanted Ford's "The Works" service done which includes, oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, etc. Ford's website says $39.95 or less but I walked out the door with a total of $46.62. I got charged for $5.05 for "Shop Supplies." My guess is maybe because my car calls for more than 5 quarts of motor oil, thus the extra charge. Not a big deal. Just FYI. Overall, I had a good experience going here at Koons. Nothing extraordinary, no special treatment. I got what I came and paid for and that was it. Professional staff. Shorter than average wait time. And no issues so far. I'll take that any day. I can recommend this dealership if you need routine maintenance done. That's all I can say because that's as much as my experience with them can provide. More

Pleasantly surprised! I've been looking for unusual information about my boss's vehicle (engine number), and documentation that would support that the number is correct. On another dealership, a mechanic showed me the sticker with the number on it, but no one was able to give me information supporting that. Before giving up, I decided to go to Koons Falls Church. As I arrived, I saw a lady going back to her car with a smile after a small talk with a service specialist, and I decided to approach that guy, Kevin Lacki. I approached him, and I felt instantaneously that he cared, and he did. After some minutes we didn't solve the issue, but we agreed that we would continue later on. At night I e-mailed him some more information about what I needed. The next day, at nine o'clock, I received a call. We were getting closer, and he kept on showing interest in solving my request. On the afternoon, I received the information that I requested. The most important result out of the interaction was that he solved an unusual issue while never loosing a very positive attitude. I felt that my boss's two Fords matter, even after having been sold. To me, he elevated the whole Ford brand image, and out question the next time I have either to buy or service a Ford, I will go there. More

Now iv been pushed around from manager to manager and stii no answer. More

Walking to the door Mr Russel walker greeted me with a pleasant smile and a very friendly attitude beside his professionalism, he went out of his way to help even its not his department of work ,but shows how much he cares about his customers and the dealership he works at. he introduce me to mr kristan stanisclaus at the service department since service needed in my car, who took his time to explain everything related to my coverage, insurance, towing....in a very friendly, professional way and made my day after a very rough morning, Dealing with dealerships for the past 18 years, this is the first time someone explained to me every detail about my coverage thanks to Kristan. this two gentlemen should be rated 10 stars if I have the option:) by far the best service advisor I have dealt with without forgetting the amazing russel walker sales rep, But so far so fantastic, and will only deal with both of them next time so u better keep them there for a longtime if u want to have a good reputation for your dealership. They wash off all the negative experience I had there before. Thanks to both of you very much. And see you soon After they will be done with my service wait for a follow up folks, and a new review.:) More
