Russ made sure that we weighed all of our options when purchasing a vehicle, even though we only test drove two vehicles. He answered all of our questions completely and thoroughly. I loved that he not only was a Ford employee but he told us about the development of some of the best features of Ford vehicles. He showed a clear investment in Ford and imparted that on us! He listened to what we had to say - both the good and bad about vehicles and gave us his honest recommendations on the vehicles we were considering.
