Paul Gerardi and Shawn Murch went above and beyond to help fix a door lock issue I was having with my 2010 Certified MKZ. I was concerned initially because without disassembling the door, it is difficult to tell if the part is covered by either the certified or extended warranty I have, and I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg just to find out the cost of the fix. I also use my car for work so I needed a loaner. Both Paul and Shawn made the process seamless. They arranged to have Enterprise there for pickup and delivery and even though the fix was not covered by either warranty, I got the door lock fixed timely at a very fair price. These guys made my day! More

I came to the showroom with an idea of what car I wanted and the price range I was willing to pay. Vanessa was able to find the car I wanted, in the right color, but she was able to quote a price within my budget. Vanessa's calm and polite demeanor contrasted sharply with the stereotype of aggressive and tricky car salesmen. I have been driving the car now for a couple weeks and am really satisfied with my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Vanessa to family or friends who are interested in buying a car. More

Russell Walker was our salesman and showed us ALL our options. We came in close to closing which didn't matter to Russell he spent as much time as we needed. Not only did we actually enjoy the car buying experience, but it was quick only about an hour most of which was spent signing papers/learning about our new toy =) If you are considering buying a vehicle new or used go to Koons in Falls Church and ask for Russell, he treats you with respect and gets you in the car you want! Fastest service I've received at a dealership I purchased my car from this dealership in 2010 along with a maintenance package, so I've been getting all of my maintenance done here for 5 years. A I purchased my car from this dealership in 2010 along with a maintenance package, so I've been getting all of my maintenance done here for 5 years. At times the services has been slow (for example 2 hours for an oil change), but lately they've been fantastic. Today I got my 75000 mile service and it took less than an hour. I don't know if it's because of the improvements recently made to the facility or something else, but they've really stepped it up. Receipts for the service were emailed to me shortly after the service. Overall great experience. More

More than once he has assured me I didn't require the repair I thought I did. That is a rarity in the vehicle service industry. Never took my other cars to dealers until my Ford models because decades ago had a very bad dishonest service rep at Rosenthal dealership. More
