Well Done I've neither written reviews nor planned on ever doing so, but upon purchasing a new truck from Koons, Victor asked if I felt comfortable doing so and I've neither written reviews nor planned on ever doing so, but upon purchasing a new truck from Koons, Victor asked if I felt comfortable doing so and here I am. Knowing exactly what I wanted, I called Koons Falls Church and set up a test drive with David Mason. First impression upon walking in was great- everyone stood up and asked who and what I was looking for and how they could help. I take it because Georgia David is fairly new, Victor came over to assist me as well. The two of them were more than appreciative of my business. Again, knowing exactly what I wanted, I came in with a price in mind and Victor/David worked to get down as close as possible to that number. Bottom line, I went to a few dealerships and Victor/David beat those others on price of a new F-150 by $1,000 with all fees, taxes, tags etc. included. I even walked out my first day after some negotiating and David said he "knew" I was going to come back, so he put the truck in the back of the lot to save it. Doesn't get much better than that. Koons Falls Church, David, and Victor, want your business and are willing to do whatever it takes to make your time there pleasurable and up to all expectations. Well done to Koons. More

Buying a new car from another state I could not find a Fusion Hybrid configured like I wanted local. Through Auto trader I found that Koons Ford had one. I called and worked with Osman, over the phone and through email. He made the purchase trouble free and without problems. I worked for 2 weeks with another dealer that could not get the out of state purchase correct. Osman had no problem, he met me at the Airport and drove me to the dealer, where we finished the paperwork in short time. I have bought about 15 cars since 1966. I would like to say this was by far the most pleasant, stress free purchase I have made. Even though I had to fly 650 miles to take possession and a 650 mile drive home, it could have been a disaster. Osman was an extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and a pleasant person to deal with. I purchased from this dealership because Osman was diligent on following up with calls and emails without being pushy. No other salesman from here, Jacksonville Fla, Maryland or Detroit that I talked to did.There were not many Fusions Hybrids here in north Alabama to pick from. I felt totally non hassled and at ease with Osman. Its the first time I can say, I didn't feel weary after negotiating for a car. He treated me like family and with respect and was extremely pleasant to deal with. I did not feel any phoniness about him. Things have changed in the car sales business because of the Internet, and Osman knows how to deal with it. I got what I wanted at the price I was happy with, without all the headaches. I would not hesitate to purchase again from him and this dealership over a local one here in Alabama or any place else. More

He went out of his way to do everything possible to make me satisfied with my purchase. I reside over two hundred miles from the dealership and Osman even delivered the truck to me. My husband and I visited Koons Ford of Falls Church to consider a purchase of a Ford Escape. The sales person who worked with us was mainly,Victor Alba. He was so very patient with us as we looked a long time, changing our mind about such things as the color of the vehicle we were interested in purchasing, etc. Victor was very knowlegeable about the vehicles, showing us various features, but also letting us just look with no interference. In making a decision to purchase other staff members, including Joe Bond, Jason Allen and Joe Blanco, were very friendly, courteous and patient. After returning the next day to fill out the paper work and pick up the vehicle, Victor Alba showed us all the features of the vehicle and how to program such things as our cell phones.
