I was beyond impressed with Joe Bond and his expertise and professionalism when it came to my buying experience. At first, it was nice to know Joe used to be a mechanic, and rose to the ranks of salesman and professionalism when it came to my buying experience. Joe's knowledge of Ford's lineup is very impressive. He knew every element of the Focus I was looking at, and of the 4 salesmen I worked with looking for a car, he was the ONLY one to show me the actual engine of the car! The best part about my experience working with Joe was that I really felt like the experience was centered on what I wanted and could spend. I really didn't feel like Joe was trying to push me into a car or give me options or plans that I didn't want or need. I was also blown away when a buyer I had lined up to buy my car fell through, Joe called and offered to take my car as a trade-in, and gave me nearly double KBB for it. The reason why I gave it such a high rating is because of the awesome service that I got. I came to the dealership twice over a 3 week period. I bought a Ford Focus. After that I decided to give other brands a try. After reading reviews, I wasn't sure about brands (i.e. Dodge Dart). So I was looking through dealership inventory online and saw a beautiful Ford Focus hatchback with the appearance package. It was manual transmission. I bought it even though I didn't know how to drive it. My dad was in the test drive. We did all the paper work and picked the car up the next day, because we were there until 11pm when they were suppose to close at 9pm. So I really liked the professionalism. I would definitely recommend it. I am very happy with the car. Also great thanks to Viktor for his awesome help, He responded to my emails quickly and answered all my questions. More

Had a service appointment scheduled for 10am. I showed up at 9:30 and they told me it would be a 3 hour wait because "people were showing up w/o an appointment". When we arrived, Viktor made sure that we were comfortable and offered coffee and snacks. Recommend the coffee. The car we wanted to see was waiting outside and we went for a test drive, asking lots of questions, all of which Viktor was able to answer. He also took us to the overflow lot to look at color combinations that weren't available on the main lot. Even thought it was cold, getting dark and snowing on a Saturday evening, Viktor let us spend as much time with the cars as we needed. The negotiations process was also pretty painless and Viktor remained patient throughout even though we went back and forth many times, but in the end we were able to secure a price that both sides were comfortable with. The actual color combination was not available at that location, but was brought from another lot a day later at no extra charge to us. The car was clean and ready to be picked up and the predetermined time. The paperwork process went without a problem and seemed efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership and look for Viktor or try to set up an appointment with Viktor before you go. He will deliver a low stress car buying experience most of us are looking for.
