I would like to pass on some laudatory comments in regard to the outstanding customer service provided to me by Jason Tredway. I am one of those individuals that procrastinated on repairing items on my truc to the outstanding customer service provided to me by Jason Tredway. When I initially brought my truck in, Jason provided me a detailed list and then went about taking care of things. Along the way, there were delays in obtaining the proper parts; Jason kept me informed and provided me a loaner vehicle so I would not be without transportation. Jason went above and beyond to ensure the services at Koons was professional and met my needs and I truly appreciated that. It was a very long interval before I traded in my Explorer for a new Escape. Dealing with Koons was great compared to my other car buying expriences. I'd visited over July 4 weekend but not yet rea Explorer for a new Escape. Dealing with Koons was great compared to my other car buying expriences. I'd visited over July 4 weekend but not yet ready to purchase at that time. Met the salesman, Dale, at that time and discussed with him the various options I was looking for in an Escape. He followed up with me later when a new delivery arrived and I visited the lication to check them out. Finally settled on the Escape Limiited and got down to business on the deal. I must say this was as close to no hassel as a car buying experience can obtain. There was no pressure and it was a pleasant experience all around. I've had the new Escape for a week now and just love it. I'll be back to Ford and Koons for another purchase again. More

Joseph Greene worked with me from the moment I stepped into the showroom until I walked out later that evening. He answered every question, thoroughly, professionally and pleasantly. He went out of his way to be helpful. At the very beginning I told him that I did not respond to pressure and wanted none. He respected my wishes. I could not have asked more from an auto sales representative. When we had made the decision on a new Ford Edge, business had picked up and the paperwork had backed up; the Sales Manager Simon Boulware, who made a me a good deal on the new vehicle, could see that my patience, never long, had run out. He stepped into the situation and did all the paperwork himself so that I could depart. A few days later, I had a few issues, as one will with a new vehicle, and Joseph was out after the long July 4th sales event; I then had the pleasure of meeting Koons Customer Relations Manager, Maria Scicli who took care of these issues quickly and professionally. We have stayed with Ford and with Koons for this long because of the general high quality of the Ford product line and for the uniform high quality of its auto service team at Koons Falls Church. With this newest vehicle, the totality of the buying experience has left me completely satisfied and I highly recommend these folks. More

I went in to purchase a bare-bones Focus or Fiesta because I knew I was waaaaay upside down on my old Saturn minivan. I was so focused on the money that I wasn't really even concerned with what car I because I knew I was waaaaay upside down on my old Saturn minivan. I was so focused on the money that I wasn't really even concerned with what car I actually got....where's the fun in that?? Dale was so patient and kind. He found out what kind of car I wanted with what options and then gave me MORE than I ever dreamed of. When it came down to financing, the part I was most nervous about, he was a no-nonsense, no pressure kinda guy. He said he was going to get some offers from several banks and then I could look at them and take them or leave them....no big deal. Guess what, that's exactly how it happened!! He brought me the offers with the rates and payments, explained everything, and then left us alone! When I informed him that the payments were too high, thanks though, he asked if I wanted to make a counter-offer!?! Duh, of course I did! We got the payments worked out and I got an amazing, gorgeous loaded Titanium Focus loaded with features I'd only dreamed of getting!!! Dale, my sales rep, the finance guys, and all the other employees were so friendly, polite and just down-home nice. I LOVE my Ford dealer. It was better than being a kid on Christmas day!! Oh, and can you say 38 MPGs???? More

The sales agent and manager were very knowledgeable about their product line and were able to answer all of my questions perfectly. I really felt like I was buying from "professionals". At no point was I pressured into making a decision. I learned a lot about the car through these guys. I will not buy elsewhere, and will be sending my mother in to Soufiane and Trey in used cars next weekend! My only wish is that these guys sold houses as well so I can buy my new home from them. This was the last dealership that we visited and the old saying was true, "They save the best for last." Instead of trying to rush us into buying a car we could not afford Phile and Simon simply told us they had some other F150s that we could take a look at. He found us one in our price range, worked us through the various deals and gave us a great price! He didn't get out of there until 11pm that night, and when we finished he was so excited for us and we could not have been more pleased with the patience, the professionalism, the overall experience of buying our first car from Phile and Koons Ford. More
