They have complete computer records. During the course of servicing the vehicle they keep you up to date with emails/phone calls to and to seek additional approvals as necessary. Koons and Joe have proven to be effective advocates for me in dealing with Ford Motor Company and two tire companies on warranty adjustments as well. I have never had an unsatisfactory service experience. Koons prices are competitive, and they have sale coupons as well. It is a first class operation and Joe Hopson does a super job. More
