It was so worth going to Koons vs the Kia dealership closest to my house. The staff were so much friendlier and more courteous, and Hamid was truly amazing to work with. Hamid was so patient with my nearly daily (ok daily) texts to check on the arrival of my new car, and when it looked like it wouldn’t arrive until after I left for vacation (it ended up arriving on time after all), Hamid made sure the car could be held for me an extra week until I was home to test drive it and then finish the purchasing process. Since it did arrive on time, Hamid had all my paperwork ready to go to make the purchasing process as quick as possible. Truly loved working with Hamid and Koons Kia and I absolutely LOVE my new EV6!
