I called the dealership looking for the RX350 Lexus that I seen online. The conversation I had with the female that I spoke with was not so great. After asking her a few questions I saw she was not well ve I seen online. The conversation I had with the female that I spoke with was not so great. After asking her a few questions I saw she was not well versed in knowing the car. She asked could I come in. I said when my question get answered. She hung up, I called back and spoke with a gentleman and told him what happen and he said he knew who I spoke with and I said it seems that your dealership does not want to do business and he responded not with you and hung up. I would not deal with this dealership if they were giving away free cars. Why have people lost treating people with quality customer service. I was not irate with either one of these people. I do not understand!!! More
The whole experience was easy and painless. Larry my salesman was very nice, relaxed, and helpful. Nevee at any point was the sales staff pushy at any point. I had an excellent experience with salesperson Nick Quinto. He was patient, kind and supportive during my purchase of my new Sportage. I have never purchased a car from home and he made the experienc Quinto. He was patient, kind and supportive during my purchase of my new Sportage. I have never purchased a car from home and he made the experience much less scary. He walked me through all the paperwork and even made my husband smile (which is not an easy thing to do). Awesome service Me and my wife bought our first car together here. We came here cause her friend works in the service department, Ian. She worked with him previously. We came in we knew what we wanted and ended up getting the new 2018 Kia Sportage amazing car easy to drive. What A Nightmare On June 1st a purchased a 2010 Acura from JD at this dealership and from the beginning I should have left the car on the lot. When I purchased the ca On June 1st a purchased a 2010 Acura from JD at this dealership and from the beginning I should have left the car on the lot. When I purchased the car it had some minor imperfections such as scratches and some dents that I thought the dealership would take care of. However, to my surprise not only did they not want to take care of them but they wanted me to pay for them. I did but they did not remove any of the dents when they painted the area and a two year old could have done a better job of ensuring that the scratches and dents were no longer noticeable. I spoke to the used car sales manager - Carlos who was terrible. Not only did he not want to come out of his office so that we could discuss the other issues with the car but he blew me off completely and never came out of his office to speak to me. What does that say about this dealership and the team of individuals that are leading them? I took the car and was on my way but needless to say the alternator went up on me after only having the car for a month and two days. I contacted the dealership and spoke to JB. I was told that there was nothing that they could do since the car was out of warranty by two days. TWO DAYS - are you kidding me? They would not even entertain the idea of working with me to get my car fixed. Now I am without a vehicle until the alternator can be fixed and not one person has reached out to me again to help me to find a solution. In addition, to that I had to pay towing fees. What a rip off - :( - I am telling you don't ever go to this dealership because you are sure to find yourself with a lemon and a bad paint job that you have to pay for. In addition, to pay for towing and any other issues that might arise from "their used cars." Sincerely, Living The Nightmare More
