Worst Customer Service Experience Trevor was rude and hung up on me today, while I was talking to him about my disappointment about how he could not honor a price he gave me the previo Trevor was rude and hung up on me today, while I was talking to him about my disappointment about how he could not honor a price he gave me the previous day. I would have came in that night but he told me I would get there pretty late and it would take a while to get paper work completed. So we discussed coming in the following day. I requested the GM,s phone number which he would not give to me. He also told me to stop talking several times as I speaking to him about the issue, which at no time did I curse at him. I have never been treated so rudely I'm my life. This is the worst experience ever and he lacks professionalism for a business to have him in a manager role. More

Purchased a new Kia Forte 2016 I had a great experience at the dealership. The inventory is quite large, so you have plenty of variety. They have a nice customer lounge at the back I had a great experience at the dealership. The inventory is quite large, so you have plenty of variety. They have a nice customer lounge at the back where you can get coffee and snacks for free. My salesman and the manager provided excellent customer service.
