Buyer Beware - just to let you know how they do things here.....their price sheet starts with the MSRP number. Included in this number is the $1435 Kia Freight and handling charge. They then discount t here.....their price sheet starts with the MSRP number. Included in this number is the $1435 Kia Freight and handling charge. They then discount the MSRP amount. But then they have another specific line charge of Freight for $1435. So they have now charged you twice for the Freight amount (once in the MSRP number and a second time in the specific Freight amount. So any discount they give you is offset by charging the Freight amount twice. More

We arrived at around 8:30pm at the KOONS KIA IN WOODBRIDGE VA on July 29, 2025. The location closes at 9:00pm. We saw online that the KIA Koons had two red Sorento vehicles (which I am very inter WOODBRIDGE VA on July 29, 2025. The location closes at 9:00pm. We saw online that the KIA Koons had two red Sorento vehicles (which I am very interested in purchasing) available and wanted to take a quick look at one of them. When I entered the building there were about 6 employees sitting down. No one greeted me when I entered. I approached an employee because I was interested in seeing the Sorento. I explained to the employee that I just want to take a quick look and that I understood they will be closing soon. One of the employees mentioned that the red Sorrento was unlocked. I went alone to go see it. A few minutes later, I walked back into the building where the employees were still sitting waiting for 9pm to arrive and I asked if they could quickly open one other vehicle that I was interested in seeing; again, aware that they would be closing at 9pm. However, one of the employees said that they are no longer taking appointments and cannot unlock the vehicles for me and that the store was close. I mentioned the door is open, and it states that you close at 9pm. The employee said again that the manager mentioned not to take other customers. As I was leaving, they offered if I wanted an appointment and I said no. The way they received me when I first entered and the way they refused to quickly open one vehicle, made me decide not to purchase with them. Note: If they can no longer take customers, then they should have closed at 8:30 and not 9pm. We were planning to purchase a vehicle with Kia Koons; however, we will go to a different Kia location. Unfortunately, that location lacks Customer service. Again, all we wanted was to take a quick look and later make an appointment and purchase. More
