Arrived for my appointment and greeted warmly by the staff. Immediately assisted with checking in and making sure that the proper maintenance was planned. Total wait time about 90 minutes. Elvis is great but I dont trust your actual mechanics. I took my car in for a check engine in November and they couldn't find anything. Talked my wife into $600 of work that did nothing. Then when my ch I took my car in for a check engine in November and they couldn't find anything. Talked my wife into $600 of work that did nothing. Then when my check engine came back on they found the problem, which then led to another problem in December, then January, and this last service was after getting my car back in March. I traded my Kia in for a Toyota. More

Nothing was done. They took my car for two days for nothing. I had to ask for my car to be returned to me even though it was valet picked up. Just went downhill. Our experience sales rep Roman was really good. He listened to our questions and we were very satisfied with him. We were not as pleased with the sales manager, on the bill of sale there was a li He listened to our questions and we were very satisfied with him. We were not as pleased with the sales manager, on the bill of sale there was a line item, "Option 2", for $995. When asked about it he provided no transparency other than it is a standard fee for all customers. When Roman returned he provided full transparency that it is a car detailing option. We explained that this is a used car and if it can be removed. Roman followed through and had that option removed. If it was not for Roman we would have walked away. Finance manager was good and professional. More
