For the most part my experience with Koons Kia was great. I stopped in on a whim to look at a car. Everyone was welcoming and they worked to answer my questions. After about a month, I decided to purchase I stopped in on a whim to look at a car. Everyone was welcoming and they worked to answer my questions. After about a month, I decided to purchase through Koons Kia and the delivery was also great. At the time of purchase there was only 1 Key Fob available and I was told to reach out to schedule a time to pick up a second one, have it programmed. Unfortunately this process didn't go as smoothly as promised because I had to call, text and email quite a few times with no success. Since I live over 60 miles away from the dealership, I decided to purchase a new OEM Key Fob directly and have it programmed at my local Kia dealership. More

After 2 weeks of owning the car I got from them, they gave me the run around about my bank “pulling financing.” They wanted me to drive an hour and a half to come sign paperwork for a new bank that was m gave me the run around about my bank “pulling financing.” They wanted me to drive an hour and a half to come sign paperwork for a new bank that was more expensive per month. I visited the center for my recall maintenance and they were not serious and not cooperative. They said, they don't have the part, will order and fix in a week. After three weeks no call from them, I call were not serious and not cooperative. They said, they don't have the part, will order and fix in a week.
