Very unethical business practices. Attempted to purchase a vehicle from them twice. The first time they refused to honor the price advertised online. Instead offered varying justifications. Salesman stated one reason while sales manager gave totally different reasons. Very disappointing! The second time, I again showed a price I saw online. Again they stated they could not honor this price. This time it was because the vehicle I was looking to purchase was in high demand and therefore the website didn’t account for the recent markups. When I questioned this, I was given belittling responses about how business works and how every dealership is doing the same thing. STAY AWAY from this dealership! More
I received a call about offering to purchase my car, based on the KBB price on their website. I called them and after being put on hold, I was hung up on. Called back immediately, and most likely they saw my caller ID, and after letting it ring 8 times, they picked up the receiver and again hung up, all without speaking with me. Suffice to say, I will not purchase a car from them if this is the level of customer service they provide. More
Saw an ad of theirs on the new Kia telluride, so made appointment to test drive it. They called me three times to verify my appointment and all three times I verified the price with them at $39,000. After confirming the advertised price REPEATEDLY I went in for a test drive & only then found out they LIED and it was actually $52K with a bunch of additional dealer profit. LIAR! More

The lack of professionalism within the staff should’ve been a sign to walk away. Given the current market, I opted to find a low mileage used vehicle. I used the online tool available from the dealer website to submit everything. I called and explained my time was tight to complete the deal. The salesperson was kind, but clearly not well trained. Nothing I took the time to submit online had been retrieved, not used. The “sales manager” was somewhat aggressive and I personally found them unpleasant. The fact that they routinely made up unfactual “crap” to justify how they had arrived at a bottom dollar price for the out the door was only made better by a very customer friendly finance member. Had the pandemic not been impacting the availability of vehicles, I would have left this one with them. This was by far the worst car buying experience I have had in well over 20 years of purchasing vehicles. The Koons promise clearly does not exist here. More
