Our experience sales rep Roman was really good. He listened to our questions and we were very satisfied with him. We were not as pleased with the sales manager, on the bill of sale there was a li He listened to our questions and we were very satisfied with him. We were not as pleased with the sales manager, on the bill of sale there was a line item, "Option 2", for $995. When asked about it he provided no transparency other than it is a standard fee for all customers. When Roman returned he provided full transparency that it is a car detailing option. We explained that this is a used car and if it can be removed. Roman followed through and had that option removed. If it was not for Roman we would have walked away. Finance manager was good and professional. More
