We were not as pleased with the sales manager, on the bill of sale there was a line item, "Option 2", for $995. When asked about it he provided no transparency other than it is a standard fee for all customers. When Roman returned he provided full transparency that it is a car detailing option. We explained that this is a used car and if it can be removed. Roman followed through and had that option removed. If it was not for Roman we would have walked away.
