I can't begin to express how my experience with James and Peter were. From the time I entered, I was greeted immediately. I had been talking with James on email and phone. Once with James, he already had the car that I was interested in out front and ready for a spin. He knew every detail of the car and explained it with the utmost knowledge. We had some issues with financing, so he and the management literally bent over backwards and I ended up with a brand new Kia Forte that I love. Then onto Peter, the Business Manager. He was fantastic in how he presented the material to me and explained everything on every document. These two men were professional, exceptionally knowledgeable and courtious. I took a couple of James' business cards to hand out to friends that will be looking for cars. Two thumbs up and then some, if that is possible! More

The best car buying experience I have ever had. My salesperson, Diego, was so informed and knowledgable about current car trends. Most importantly, I was in and out in about three and one-half hours which for a car purchase was great. I don't like to waste time haggling and nitpicking over numbers, and when we got down to the final offer, I accepted, we shook hands to seal the deal, and we finished up the sale. My experience was one of miscommunication. I went there to trade in my car but they didn't have anything I was interested in so I decided to sell my car to them. The salesperson I worked with had never bou to trade in my car but they didn't have anything I was interested in so I decided to sell my car to them. Long story short, alot of miscommunication about how long it would take for me to get the difference after payoff of my loan and copies of the paperwork in the process. Amy, in the finance office totally saved the day though. I told her everything that had happened and she worked not only with me but the bank I had my loan through and her boss to get me taken care of. More
