Brought in my 2021 Kia Soul for the piston ring recall inspection. The morning after I dropped it off a service advisor at the dealership called to say Kia had placed a hold on the inspections an I shoul inspection. The morning after I dropped it off a service advisor at the dealership called to say Kia had placed a hold on the inspections an I should pick up my car. In my opinion it would have been appropriate to cancel service appointments as long as you follow through and inspect any cars that have already been dropped off and accepted by the dealership. Poor customer service and idiotic decision making. More
