All of the Koon's sales team which we dealt with were very helpful and went out of their way to consider our every need. When we thought we were going to be unsuccessful finding the right vehicle, Billy very helpful and went out of their way to consider our every need. When we thought we were going to be unsuccessful finding the right vehicle, Billy did a more specific & detailed search over a wider radius and found the car with all the features we wanted, as well as just the right color combination. When the car was ready for us, Jay R was extremely helpful in explaining all the new car's electronics, etc. James explained all the paperwork even made that a pleasant experience. This truly was one of the most pleasant car-buying experiences we've ever had. I would recommend Koon's Ford/Lincoln of Silver Spring, MD to anyone. More

The service department at Koons is also very well run and there was a service package included with our purchase. Jay was definitely the best sales person at a dealership my husband and I have ever dealt with. Should we ever need any advice or future purchases we will be dealing with Jay in the future. Overall, I had a great experience at Koons of Silver Springs. From the moment I sent the first email to Debbie she responded quickly with a great price. We met that day and i was greeted like i was part of the "family" so to say. Sulli took over from there as my sales associate. What a friendly guy. We immediately went out to test drive my new mustang and the rest was history from there! Sulli worked with me and the managers to get me the most out of my trade which i greatly appreciated. In the process he even offered me a beverage from his own personal stock and even part of his subway sandwich as i waited for finance. The only down side was the wait for finance (there were a few people buying cars that night). Once in finance, the process was less than 30 mins. My new vehicle had a few scuff marks and Sulli filled out all the paperwork without hesitation to get everything fixed. I drove about 2 hours to this dealership and was highly pleased with my experience! I would highly recommend Koons of SIlver Springs for anyone in the market for a new Ford. I would also highly recommend a new Mustang as well...what a car! More

He was so friendly, informative, and he did not make me feel pressured into buying my car. He informed me of EVERYTHING my car was equipped with and he also gave me brief tutorials of how to use each piece of equipment. When I come back to Koons, I will ask to be helped by Nathaniel! I purchased a new Maz Spring Mazda/Ford to ask me to write a review on this dealership. I have dealt with this dealership twice within the last year. I purchased a new Mazda 3 Sport first, but it did not feel comfortable because of my bad hip. I traded the Mazda for a Ford Escape SUV, and that one "fits" perfectly! The sales person that I dealt with was Gregory Ellison and I can highly recommend him. His professionalism and outgoing personality made a stressful situation much easier. Other staff at the dealership was also great to work with. P.S.: They even drove my new car to my home after the car was ready for me and picked up the one that I had traded in. More

He helped me find the used car I was looking for on their lot. Roland, the used car manager, facilitated a smooth delivery with my salesman Jeff. Debbie, the Internet manager answered all my questions via email after I went home and did my research. Their prices were very competitive on their used cars. They even showed me how competitive their prices are in the marketplace on the similar used car. I did not even bother haggling because as a woman I felt like I was in such good hands from the beginning. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a used or new car. It was easy for me to give Koons a Great rating. I have been looking for a car for a while, therefore have visited many dealerships. Very knowledgeable sales person, patient with time and my questions, and very helpful. The complicated financing process was very well explained to me, I did not get rushed, and felt well advised. I was looking for a specific model and I wanted only a standard transmission. After visiting four Ford Dealerships in the DC Metro area and making several other calls I found Koons Ford the only one that standard transmission. Mr. Harley and his sales manager worked to get my business and they were candid about what they could and could not do. They delivered what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I came very close to purchasing at another Ford Dealer, car had been selected, being prepped for me but I walked out after being hasseled in the Finance office. I would not hesitate to refer my friends,looking for a Ford, to visit Koons Ford of Silver Spring. More
