Buying a car with my work schedule can be very time comsuming and difficult. Jeff was patient with me, answering all of my questions through email, understanding my needs, and working around my budget comsuming and difficult. Once I arrived to the dealership, he didn't try to put me in something over my budget and did not push me just to make a sale. He was personable and friendly; made me feel good as a consumer in this economy. He answered all of my questions and treated me as if I was the most important customer in the dealership. He put me in a car that I absolutely love and he knew I would love just by the expression on my face during the test drive. My finace agent, James White, was also great. He made sure I understood everything I was paying for as well as negotiated a lower interest rate to get me close to my budget. I first spoke to Jeff on the phone and right away I knew he was a dealer I wanted my daughter to purchase her car from. He really listened to her wants and needs. We were treated well from the time we inquired about the purchase to the time we drove off the dealers lot. By the way, we drove 2 1/2 hours to the dealership and 2 1/2 hours home. While we were there everyone would ask if there was anything they could do for us while we waited. We were offered lunch while we were there and spent time with many of the people who worked at the dealership from dealers to the folks in the parts department. In fact, we went from a car that had satellite radio to one that does not have it. It is wired for it but when they found out we didn't even own a MP3 player we were given one so my husband could at least download music and make it a little better since he is so used to satellite radio. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you for such a pleasant experience! More
