After doing some research online I went to Koons to talk over what I was looking for and the price. Without asking, they encouraged me to do some shopping online to compare prices with other dealers. They also worked with me on the final sales price and I came away with exactly everything that I wanted. I built the car online and my salesperson, Alex Reyes, went over every detail with me to make sure I was getting everything I wanted. The follow-up after the sale was also very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation about buying another car from Koons Ford if/when the time comes. I also highly recommend Koons to anyone in the market for a new car. It was completely stress-free. More

Every time I talked to them I was lied to. I bought the used car I wanted, then brought it to my mechanic who told me to return it immediately. The salesman (London) told me the car was in “perfect condition," yet my mechanic said that $3-5,000 parts/labor were put into the car from an accident. I RETURNED THE CAR TO KOONS. I asked for a refund, which they said was would not be a problem because they "legally couldn't deposit the check without finishing up the rest of the paperwork." I requested that they give me my physical check back as a guarantee that they would not deposit it. They told me that the office was closed and I couldn’t get it back that day but it was not a problem because they "would never deposit that check." THEY DEPOSITED MY CHECK FOR THE CAR I HAD ALREADY RETURNED TO THEM. I had to call them after learning this from my bank, and speaking with the manager, Ryan Anderson, I was told that I needed to be able to prove to them that this was true. I was told by the manager that I would be able to pick up a check for the full amount that day. When I called later to confirm a time to come by, I was told the check wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Every time I have interacted with them I have been "guaranteed” something that was not upheld. DO NOT TRUST THEM. More
