The salesman (London) told me the car was in “perfect condition," yet my mechanic said that $3-5,000 parts/labor were put into the car from an accident. I RETURNED THE CAR TO KOONS. I asked for a refund, which they said was would not be a problem because they "legally couldn't deposit the check without finishing up the rest of the paperwork." I requested that they give me my physical check back as a guarantee that they would not deposit it. They told me that the office was closed and I couldn’t get it back that day but it was not a problem because they "would never deposit that check." THEY DEPOSITED MY CHECK FOR THE CAR I HAD ALREADY RETURNED TO THEM. I had to call them after learning this from my bank, and speaking with the manager, Ryan Anderson, I was told that I needed to be able to prove to them that this was true. I was told by the manager that I would be able to pick up a check for the full amount that day. When I called later to confirm a time to come by, I was told the check wouldn't be ready until tomorrow. Every time I have interacted with them I have been "guaranteed” something that was not upheld.
