John Speake Product Specialist and was very helpful in negotiating a deal that I was happy with relatively no effort on my part. Since I bought the car sight unseen and purchased it without really getting to know it over the next few days I noticed some minor corrections that need to be addressed. I contacted John and he assisted me with the interaction with the service group to have the issues rectified quickly. Excellent customer service and follow up from these folks. More

Amazing service My daughter was traveling alone through the DC area after a long day of interviewing, and her truck started to make noises, and she felt tugging. Needless to say she was scared, in a big city she did not know, night coming on and worried her truck was breaking down when she had 3 more hours to get home. She pulled off at this exit, drove to the service bay at 6PM and the manager immediately took care of her - took her truck back and had a technician check it out right away to make sure it was safe to drive. She waited about 20 minutes and was told she was good to go - exactly the assurance she needed to know she could get back on the road without worry. We were both SO impressed with this level of service - and I cannot say enough about how grateful we were that she stopped here. Might be in/near a big city, but certainly had small town charm and service mentality. Thank you! More

They will only let you down. Avoid at all costs. Keita and Dan are really good at what they do. Unfortunately they lied to my face. Not even a week has passed, my car tire WAS ALREADY leaking air, I Keita and Dan are really good at what they do. Unfortunately they lied to my face. Not even a week has passed, my car tire WAS ALREADY leaking air, I thought okay it must be the air pressure dropping because of the season change. I took it to a shop after a few times of filling it up with air and the tire was labeled a 'Junk Tire' by the mechanic. This car was "PRE-Certified" alright! This was already what was wrong with the car and still sold me the car. They also promised me a part for my trunk release. They kept promising it would come in the next week and said they would send it to me just to get me out of there. It has been 4 and a half months. I feel duped by their sales tactics. I even told my mother to not buy a car she contemplated to buy at this dealership. They put junk tires and promise things just to get you out of their dealership. Too bad my waranty doesn't cover tires. Add photos. Carol the director of Customer Relations called me and acted sympathetic with my concerns. Although she told to me to make an appointment from Tuesday-Thursday!!! I bought the car on the weekend! What kind of joke is this, I tried to see if they would take me outside those three days and she said she could not.. This is the worst customer service she even left me a voicemail and called me a "Butt Head" I also have the proof of the recording. I love the Mazda Brand but this dealership must be avoided at all costs. I will also be bringing this above the dealership. More
