Key Fob Chris did a great job of diagnosing my trouble with the key fobs. Replaced the batteries on the spot and determined there would be no charge. Good car buying experience Just bought an explorer from Andy Kohn. I had done some research but hadn't looked at the vehicles and wanted to learn about the different models and Just bought an explorer from Andy Kohn. I had done some research but hadn't looked at the vehicles and wanted to learn about the different models and features. He walked me through the 2017 models and features. When I conveyed that the new 2017s were out of my price-range with the features I'd like, I asked him about a used 2016 I saw online. He gladly looked up the model, found others as well, and showed us the model I wanted to see. He could tell me where it come from and the history. I appreciated his low pressure approach and willingness to find a car that had what I wanted in my price range instead of pushing a newer model with less features. I liked how the dealership provides the carfax on their used car and the documents for the inspections they conduct and repairs (if any) that had been done over the life of the car. John Allen the finance person was helpful as well and very flexible when it came to explaining the different warranty and protection options and not pushing anything we weren't interested in. He was also flexible on working things out so we could do our own financing, and then was able to meet my credit union's rate. I was dreading going out to look for and buy a new car and although the process still takes a couple hours, it was one of the least stressful car buying experiences I've had. More
First Service Experience Went in for first service appointment on 12/16/16 and James Tingley was my Service Advisor. James was professional and had the answers to all questions posed. I thought it was a nice touch that the "first" service vice was at no cost, nice touch. I had been in the waiting area for 3 hours and was unaware there was a problem with the computer to reprogram a power window recall for my vehicle until I came out and inquired. When I reviewed my email service record, it read the problem was fixed and it is not. In fact, I was told I will need to return to Koons for reprogramming the window. The customer service waiting area is clean, inviting and modern. I was able to use my laptop over wifi while enjoying complimentary beverages and snacks. As I understand it, the customer waiting area had been enlarged several months ago. However, it is still somewhat crowded and it may be time for Koons to consider another enlargement. Good for Koons to have lots of service customers and good for customers to be comfortable. Thanks James and Koons. More

I told Brady how much I absolutely hate buying cars, and he made the experience unprecedentedly good for my wife and I. He was never pushy, and just wanted to find the perfect cars for us. If we didn't like something about a particular vehicle, he didn't try to tell us that our concern wasn't important, but he kept showing us cars until we found the one (well, two actually) that we would be absolutely happy with. And we are. My wife got a 2017 Ford Explorer, and she is very happy with it. I have a short commute, and had test driven a Ford C-Max previously, and they had just what I wanted. I want to relate this one story to show how Koons Ford will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your car. During my test drive of the C-Max, I never had to back up, and thus didn't notice that this particular C-Max didn't have a backup camera - I had one in my previous car, and once you have a backup camera, it is hard to back up without it. Koons Ford, particularly Brady and the sales team, noted my disappointment (the next day, by the way) about this. They didn't have to do this, but they offered to install an integrated backup camera into my C-Max - at their cost! What dealership does that! More

Great service experience on my first visit at 5K I am a car person tend to get a new one every 3 years maybe this one I will keep at least 4 since I love it so much. I have had many brands had a challenge with a ford fearful to go back American and here I am back with a Ford thanks to Koon s and Alex and Brian. More
