I showed up late in the day (1 hour from close) and was greeted by Steve Arnold (salesman) with a big smile and a welcoming disposition! He treated me as though they had just opened. He assisted me in finding the F-150 Lariat that I was looking for and made the process beyond painless. After he squared me away with all of the details, he grabbed the keys and let me take it for a spin. By the time I came back I knew that this was the truck for me. He had all of the paperwork ready and had me out the door with my brand new truck about an hour later.
