Yannick made the car buying experience personal, fun and easy. He got to know me on a personal level and wasn't pushy like I've heard many sales people can be. I'm so delighted that he was there to make this experience an enjoyable one. I can't thank Steve Brown enough for making sure that his team took care of me! Last but certainly not least, I would like to thank Michael Palmer who made the really scary part (financing), easy to understand. Thanks to all the wonderful people who made it possible for me to get my baby, my Ford Fusion! I will definitely recommend Koons Sterling Ford to everyone I know! He did a great job of getting me a good trade in on my old car, and smoothly handled last minute requests when I came to pick up the car. I really appreciate his patience and good humor. Adrian Tiaga worked with me on the finance end of things. He answered many questions for me, sometimes more than once. By the time we finished I understood each part of the deal and I feel that I ended up with the best possible deal for me. I'm very happy with the car and with the service I received while buying the car. More
