Excellent Service, Great Experience Buying a New Car Went in looking for a brand new Mustang, Joey helped me out. We went through options on the car because I was unsure about the color and options. I then filled out an Allstate questionnaire about what I was looking for and two dealerships replied, one being Koons Ford. Joey Ruelas quickly replied to me. He went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. I was over four hours away and didn't want to waste a trip. He even went as far as letting me text him because I didn't have good cell service at home. We set up an appointment and I made the trip. The great service continued by all of their employees when I arrived. All said and done I got the truck I wanted, the price I wanted and he even took care of my rental car I brought down. I drove my awesome 2013 F350 lariat home within a few hours of arriving and couldn't be happier! A Dealership Where My Family's Needs Came First My wife and I are now expecting our second child and we have started reworking our budget to accommodate another daycare payment. We took our '11 Escape back to the dealership that we bought (from Koons Sterling Ford) to see if we could trade it in on a newer and cheaper model to help lower our monthly payment. My wife and I worked with Steve Arnold who spent time to really listen to what we were looking for and what we needed. We were never pushed to "move up to the next trim package" or to look at vehicles that would not fit our needs. Mr. Arnold was patient and worked very hard to get us into a new F-150 which not only lowered our payment but, allowed us the flexibility in the future to accommodate a second child and all of the stuff we will inevitably be hauling. Thank you Koons Sterling Ford for giving us a very pleasant and relaxed car buying experience and for helping my family to meet its needs now and in the future.
