Jason Robles took care of me and exceeded my expectations Jason emailed me after I submitted a request online for a quote on a new 2014 F-150. He really just wanted to give me all the information I needed to make my decision and once i made my decision he gathered all the paperwork before i arrived to pick up the truck, so I wasn't waiting around for hours, and even had it detailed before I arrived. Jason even stayed a few hours past closing on a Saturday to finalized the sale and show me a few features of my new f150. When scheduling an appointment for service, Jason took care of me and got me a loaner car, when the service department said they didn't have any available. This was my first time ever buying a car and I couldn't have asked for better service from Jason, I recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. More

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!! I purchased a brand new Ford Edge in 2012. After 3 years of dealing with an electrical issue they have been unable to help me. I have been back to I purchased a brand new Ford Edge in 2012. After 3 years of dealing with an electrical issue they have been unable to help me. I have been back to this dealer 4-5 times for this problem and have had to have it towed to the dealer all 5 times! The service department continually lies to me. When I ask to speak with the General Manager, Steve Brown (703-430-7700 ext 1037), they did not know if he was available. They are of little help as to what options I have. Yesterday when I asked to speak with the dealer manager I was told they would see if he was still there. When I went out to the sales floor and asked, the Sales Manager, lied directly to my face and told me the general manager had left for the day. After walking around the floor I finally found the General Manager who was sitting just on the other side of the floor. The General Manager was of little help, and told me I had to deal with Ford directly. GEE, THANKS FOR THE HELP AFTER I SPENT $40,000 ON A CAR FROM YOUR STORE!!!! They then proceeded to give me a loaner car until they can figure out what is wrong with mine. They acted like this was a big deal for them. Did I forget to mention that I paid for the extended service plan when I purchase the vehicle and loaners are part of the deal!!!!! When I got in the car it had less than a 1/4 tank of gas! Very nice as it cost me $30 to take a cab to work that morning when my car would not start! When I drove back to the dealer to complain the General Manager graciously told me he could give me a voucher for the gas and I could go pump it myself!!!!!!! ONCE AGAIN - THANKS FOR ALL YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE KOONS FORD!!!!!! More
