40k markups on new cars and a service department that takes a week to even look at your vehicle. When they finally look at your vehicle they cant "replicate the issue" you did not even bring it in for. I takes a week to even look at your vehicle. Koons Ford provided excellent service in repairing my driver's window and my AC on my Lincoln Town Car. Both repairs required extra time, but they were very efficient in completing the repairs.
