Phul was awesome! ! I went to the dealership to look for an upgrade to my Traverse. Found an amazing 2027 Traverse RS on the lot, but it wasn’t the color I wanted. Phul ! I went to the dealership to look for an upgrade to my Traverse. Found an amazing 2027 Traverse RS on the lot, but it wasn’t the color I wanted. Phul and Celia, the manager, worked endlessly to find my perfect car. I got to pick it up a couple weeks later. The wait was a killer, but they went above and beyond. This car is perfect. I can’t wait for family trips and taking in the stars through the awesome moon roof. Although I was disappointed on the wait, the professionalism and end result went above and beyond 5 stars. Back in February, the sales side of my experience was GREAT!! Now I bring my truck in for the 2nd service, and not so great. When I purchased my truck it was a package on my truck that states my oil chan GREAT!! Now I bring my truck in for the 2nd service, and not so great. When I purchased my truck it was a package on my truck that states my oil change was to be free for the life of my truck.(I have the pictures) Now all of a sudden ohh your truck was brought in from another dealership with that package we cant honor it. Same old dealership xxxxxxxx all nice and smiles to make the sale, but never honor anything. I’m not even mad I’ll take my loyalty elsewhere. More
